Pay
All prices shown are applicable at the time of booking, are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
The full price for each break, with the addition of all extras incurred during your stay, is to be settled in full before departure by cash, cheque with current banker's card, Maestro, HCB, MasterCard, Access, Visa, Diners or American Express.
VAT is included at the current prevailing rate unless otherwise stated. Bookings are taken at the discretion of the individual hotel and are subject to availability. Prices may be restricted or may not apply at some of the hotels at certain times.
Your Booking
If making a reservation in a De Vere Hotel the contract for your stay is with De Vere Hotels and Leisure Ltd, registered in England No. 418878.
Special Arrangements
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil your requests, unfortunately, we can not guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.
Cancellations/ Amendments by us
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can 1) accept the changed arrangements as notified, 2) make an alternative arrangement with us or, 3) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.
Your money is safe
In the unlikely event of insolvency, any pre-payments made by you for packages sold within the meaning of Travel Holidays and Package Tours regulations 1992 are secured by a trust of which Messrs Hammond Suddards Trustees Limited are independent Trustees, c/o Wrigleys Solicitors, 19 Cookridge Street, Leeds LS2 3AG.
Leisure Club Facilities
For full details of extra facilities offered, the charges and availability of these please contact the hotel direct. De Vere Hotels and Leisure Ltd - Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when in the Leisure Club. The following minimum ages apply in the Leisure Club: Gym 16 years, Spa Pool 8 years and Snooker 16 years. It is also recommended that saunas and steam rooms are not suitable for children under the age of 14. Children's times may vary please check on booking.
Car Parks
Most hotels have their own car parks, free of charge. However, cars are left at the owner's/customer's own risk, this also applies when staying on a Before You Fly package. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage. At The Grand, Brighton, University Arms, Cambridge and Royal Bath a daily car parking charge is applicable and spaces can be limited - please check when booking.
Pet Policy
At some De Vere Hotels and Leisure Ltd we will accept small dogs, please check at the time of booking.
Lodge Rentals
All lodges and rates are subject to availability. Included in the rental price is self-catering accommodation for up to the maximum number of guests in your lodge and VAT. Prices exclude electricity and phone call charges.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be made no later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If you plan to arrive within 8 weeks of your booking then full prepayment will be taken at time of booking.
Cancellations within 8 weeks of your arrival date will incur a penalty - for more details please contact reservations on 0845 402 8402.
Comments
Please let the Manager know straight away if you have any comments. Alternatively, if you wish, put them in writing no later than 21 days after the completion of your stay to:

Prices quoted are in pounds sterling. Payment can be made in Euros at any hotel.
Cots/ Extra Beds
Cots and extra beds are available in most of our hotels, however these are limited and are subject to availability. Please check at the time of booking. A small charge is made for cots and extra beds.

To qualify all events must be confirmed and take place between 01.04.08 - 30.09.08 at any De Vere Deluxe or Collection property of your choice. Bookings must be new bookings created, or existing tentative or prospect bookings converted (turned definite) between 14.01.08 - 30.09.08.
Qualifying bookings must be over £5,000 or £3,000 at Dunston Hall, Grand Harbour, Herons Reach and Royal Bath.

Lust: 2 night bed and breakfast break, for maximum of 2 people sharing a standard double room. Including a bottle of house champagne, platter of strawberries, box of chocolates and bouquet of roses in room on arrival.
Gluttony: 2 night bed and breakfast break, for maximum of 2 people sharing a standard double room, including dinner on the first night and lunch on the second day to the value of £100, applicable to food and beverages. If this amount is exceeded the guest will be expected to pay the difference on departure. The guest can choose when they would like to eat dinner and lunch.
Greed: Luxury Harrods Hamper to the value of £200 will be delivered to a specified address up to 21days after the event has taken place.
Sloth: TV & DVD combi to the value of £150. Make and brand will be detailed in confirmation letter. Item will be delivered to specified address up to 21 days after the event has taken place.
Wrath: 1 night bed and breakfast break, including 4 individual standard double/twin rooms and 1x 4 ball of golf (18 holes) at a De Vere Deluxe Golf Hotel.
Envy: £200 of shopping vouchers at either Harvey Nichols or Selfrigdes. Prize winner to select.

Just the Ticket
Rates are quoted based on 2 adults and 2 children sharing a standard twin/double room unless otherwise stated. University Arms offer based on 2 adults sharing a twin/double for 1 night. When a meal is included in the price, the hotel will inform you at check in of the restaurant in which this is to be taken and, if appropriate, the allowance available should you wish to dine a la carte and pay the relevant supplement. Under this promotion a child is classed as 0-12 years inclusive, age 13 and above are charged at the full rate. Cots & extra beds that may be required in your room will be charged for, and prices given at time of booking. Bookings to be made for holidays taken until 7th September 2008. Offers are subject to availability and are not available on Saturday nights. These rates are only applicable for new bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Supplements apply for upgraded accommodation and single room occupancy. Supplements may apply on weekend night at some hotels. Please check at time of booking. The Tartan Club
Tartan Club discounts are applicable Sunday through to Thursday inclusive on food and beverage sales only. The discount is not applicable on Bank/Public Holidays, Christmas Day or New Years Eve and New Years Day. Offer limited to a maximum of 8 persons (including children) at any one time.
Tartan Club discounts can only be applied upon presentation of the appropriate discount card and lodge registration card at the time of purchase. Discounts may not be claimed retrospectively. The discount is non transferrable and not available with any other promotion. The Tartan Club card is only valid when card holder is resident in a lodge.
The company reserves the right to amend, change or withdraw the discount card benefit at any time.
Lucky 7
To qualify for a prize, all events must be confirmed and take place at any De Vere Deluxe or Collection property between 1st October 2008 and 30th September 2009. Qualifying bookings must be over £7,000. Bookings must be new bookings created, or existing tentative or prospect bookings converted (turned definite). These can be group, conference, function or golf enquiries.A maximum of 24 claims per company can be made for this promotion.
To be eligible to redeem a prize all redemptions must complete the form at devere-hotels.co.uk/lucky7rewards. Prizes must be redeemed by 31 December 2009. This offer is for direct corporate bookings and for bookings via 3rd party, however only one claim can be made per individual booking. Prizes will be issued after the event occurs and with proof of stay. Accommodation prizes are subject to availability.
The prize will be a 14 night Caribbean cruise onboard Independence of the Seas in an ocean view stateroom and include all meals, entertainment. The winner would need to cover gratuities and any taxes/fees. The prize will be subject to availability and could be subject to change. Grand prize draw will occur on 7th October 2009 and winners will be notified by email. No cash alternatives are available.
The Duchess
All rates are subject to availability and are based on two adults sharing a guest room. Supplements may apply for children sharing with adults. All rates are valid until 12th October 2008.
All rates are full pre-pay. Non-refundable, non changeable. Weekend supplements may apply at selected hotels. Weekend availability may be limited in some hotels. Guest room upgrade is subject to room type availability. Cinema tickets are to be used at guest's leisure and terms and conditions may apply. Complimentary wine and cinema tickets are included per booking, not per night.
The first prize is a luxury weekend at Cameron House in a suite, dinner for two at one of the restaurants (winner to book a table), couples spa treatment, a Champagne Loch cruise on the Celtic Warrior and chauffeur driven journeys to and from the hotel. Prize winners will be notified and dates for redemption are subject to availability.
The second prize is for two tickets for the screening of The Duchess at the Kempinski Hotel in London on 27th October 2008 with Champagne and canapés including up to a maximum of £300 towards travel and dinner. All extra expenses and incidentals incurred are the winner's responsibility.
The winners will be drawn at random from all correct entries received prior to the close of the promotion and notified in writing on 14th October 2008.
Autumn Nights
All rates are subject to availability and are based on two adults sharing a standard guest roomfor 2 nights. Supplementsmay apply for children sharing with adults. All rates are valid from 29th September to
14th December 2008. All rates are full pre-payment at time of booking and are non-refundable and non-changeable. Saturday night supplements apply atmost hotels.
Sunday Driver
All offers are available on new bookings only, subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
All prices are per person per night based on a maximum of 2 people sharing a twin/double standard room. Valid for bookings made up to and including the end of April. Proof of handicap will be required on most courses, please check when booking.
A full non-refundable, non transferable payment is required at the time of booking to confirm reservation.
