Our Team
Meet Lois Rowlands, the Nathaniel's Restaurant Team Leader. Lois started her career at Mottram Hall, working as a Chef de Rang after graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management. Lois' enthusiasm for her job is infectious, when asked why she loves her job she commented "I love the guests, just chatting to people makes me happy."
